The place where the fruit of our work takes shape. It is said that a good oenologist is the one who, keeping the quality of the original grapes, transforms them into an excellent wine. The love for our work and for our land are the aspects that encourage us to continue to improve, with the aim of combining tradition and innovation to create products of excellence but at the same time genuine. This is evidenced for example by the fact that we were the first in Piedmont to produce wines without added sulphites.
The awards received as " Benemeriti della viticoltura piemontese " or as the medals won in recent years at the World Competition in Brussels enhance and satisfy our work. In addition, the prestigious "Influental Wine Critic" Jancis Robinson mentioned our sparkling wine Madre Natura Rosè without added sulphites as the only Italian wine she recommended for the Christmas holidays in the prestigious magazine “Financial Time”.
